In 2021, Elle Seline competed in the annual Miss Great Britain contest with the hope of inspiring the next generation. Throughout the competition Elle competed without wearing any make-up, making her the first contestant to do so. After competing in the final round, Elle won Miss Publicity - this is awarded to the contestant who made the biggest impact online.

Throughout her career, Elle has been sharing her experience of being bullied throughout her childhood. She has stated that this spurred her on to compete in Miss GB, showing others that you can achieve your dreams and you are beautiful as you are.

After her success at Miss Great Britain, Elle has been an advocate for mental health and created Change Your Stars which is a forum where users can share coping techniques, support, advice and their experiences. She also currently works with charities including BulliesOut UK which provides help and support to change behaviours.

In February of this year, Elle and fellow Miss Great Britain contestant Debbie-Louise Bates featured on Dr Luke Evans’ podcast to discuss their experiences on body image and filters. The podcast titled β€˜Dr in the House’ is set to feature fellow MP’s, famous faces and more - they will discuss personal experiences including mental health, body image and life as an MP. Dr Luke, who is an MP for Bosworth, also started the recognise body image petition - to find more on this click below.

With Elle’s causes still close to her heart, she recently visited Merrist Wood College to share her experiences with the students. In a post she shared on Instagram, Elle said how grateful she was for the chance to make a difference.

We here at CelebNews+ can’t wait to see what Elle has planned next.
