Sam Holland reveals the cover for her second book!

Sam Holland is a rising author who is fascinated by the dark and gory aspects of life. This is reflected in her storytelling as she targets the crime-thriller market, while also hoping to evoke emotions those her read her work. Her first book, titled ‘The Echo Man’, follows the story of a serial killer that copies notorious real-life murderers of the past, leading him to create a masterpiece of his own that will be more terrifying that what came before. Sam’s debut release became a hit with fans, gripping them in the world that she had created.

After recently signing a deal with publisher Harper Collins, author Sam Holland’s next crime thriller is set to be released on the 11th of May. The next book in her collection is titled ‘The Twenty’ with the writing hoping she will once again pull readers back into her dark world of serial killers. The latest story follows DCI Adam Bishop as he investigates multiple murders, with each victim having a number above their head. The detective comes to realise that the killer is counting down with each murder and must enlist the help of Dr Romilly Cole to solve the case!
With the countdown on until ‘The Twenty’ is released, Sam took to social media this weekend to reveal the cover for the book.
Upon revealing the cover for her new book, Sam received many positive comments, including ‘Amazing cover! Can’t wait to read this’ and ‘My most anticipated thriller of 2023’. Early reviews of ‘The Twenty’ praise the author for gripping them from the first page, while also frightening them at the same time. Other reviews commend Sam for the characters that she has created in this story, with one review describing them as ‘compelling, complex and broken’.
